Enigma Interconnect Corp. ("Enigma", "we") is a printed circuit board manufacturer at 8070 Winston Street, Burnaby, BC V5A 2H5, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through www.enigmacorp.com, why we collect it and how we protect it. We handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, we collect your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, required turnaround, your message and any files you attach (for example Gerber, ODB++ or drawing files). When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send.
We use this information to review your design, prepare and send quotes, answer your questions, process and ship orders, and keep the business and quality records our customers and certifications require. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists from a quote request.
Spam protection
Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser and device to make that check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Website analytics and advertising
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit our pages. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
We advertise with Google Ads. To measure whether our ads lead to quote requests, our pages may load the Google tag, which uses cookies and similar technology to record visits from ads and completed quote requests. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can turn off personalized ads at Google Ad Settings, or block cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them.
Where your information is stored
This website, quote requests and attached files are hosted by Cloudflare, and our email is provided by Microsoft 365. These providers may store and process information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
If your files contain controlled goods, export-controlled or otherwise sensitive technical data, please contact us before uploading so we can arrange a suitable way to transfer them.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests, files and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, fulfil orders, and meet our legal, accounting and quality-record obligations. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.
How we protect it
Files are uploaded over encrypted connections and stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Download links sent to our staff are signed and expire. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email boards@enigmacorp.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or call 604-420-3313. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or services change. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
