ENIGMA INTERCONNECT INC., announces expansion through purchase of equipment and assumption of building lease in Pointe-Claire, Quebec
Consistent with our controlled long-term expansion program of providing fully integrated manufacturing services to our customers, I am very pleased to announce that effective January 21, 2008 we concluded an agreement with Lyrtech Inc. (TSX-V: LYT) to assume its building lease and acquire a substantial amount of Lyrtech’s manufacturing equipment at its facilities in Pointe-Claire, Quebec.
